We had to take an extra special batch and make it even better. These Apple Brandy barrel casks add a unique depth and more layers to blend perfectly with the toasted coconut flakes, dates, and vanilla beans. Having previously aged fine Kentucky Bourbon, these barrels impart notes of butterscotch, dried apricot, and crisp red apple skin. Aged for 13 months in an Apple Brandy Whiskey Barrel

Pours coffee with a fair buff head. Aroma yields roast malt, brandy, woody, earthy, subtle coconut. Flavor features chocolate, roast malt, woody, sweetish coconut, earthy tones. Texture provides decent body & peppy fizz. Put the apple in the coconut and brew in the morning.
