Brewed in true continental style, we use 100% malt in the mash and add in Target hops followed by a late addition of Styrian Goldings to add that really noble hop aroma. We ferment the beer cool with lager yeast for seven days, and what makes this beer really special is a two week cold conditioning stage with Australian Galaxy and Ella hops which brings out all that depth of flavour and dry hop character

Pours slightly hazy topaz with a frothy eggshell head. Aroma presents citrus, raw malt and resiny hop notes. Flavor delivers crisp raw malt, zesty citrus and resiny hop tones. Texture offers firm, smooth body and peppy fizz. Wells wells, a good lager.

Pours a clean golden colour with very light carbonation. The head is big though, creamy, whitish with good retention and lacing. Beautiful hoppy aromas of fresh grass, spicy, almost like coriander leaves. The hops are milder in the taste, with a light bitterness in the middle, but not much more. Still, refreshing, grainy and a little tangy. I do like these hops in the aromas.

500ml tallboy from LCBO. Pours a fairly big foamy bubbly white head and has a clear pale golden appearance. Lively carbonation. Thick dirty lacing. Aromas are floral, piney and grassy. Flavours are mostly dry and crisp hop notes, lots of floral and grassy hops. Medium bodied mouthfeel. Average retention. Not bad.
