The third in our rotating iteration of Double IPAs were we explore different hop varieties and combinations. For this go we used Rakau from New Zealand and Simcoe cryo from the Pacific NW. The result is a blend of juicy apricot and mango with grapefruit and a hint of piney resin. All with a lovely soft pillowy mouthfeel.

Pours barely translucent apricot with a fair eggshell head. Aroma provides resiny hops, tropical.and citrus, fresh malt. Flavor yields zesty, evergreen hops plus tropical and citrus fruit and crisp fresh malt. Texture offers lively fizz and fair body. Cue the classic instrumental!
