Bottle. Bought in the brewery. Poured a hazy pale gold colored ale with a thin white foamy head with a poor retention and a small carbonation. The aroma is barnyard sweet malt and aciditic. The flavour is sweet and spicy, coriander dominant, hints of mint (?). The finish is sweet fruit yeasts. The name of this ale may be " blanche " also " wit ", but it seems to me too far away from what the wit beer style is.
