Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 6
750 ml capped bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Northmaen glass an unfiltered cloudy golden-orange coloured Cervoise with a one finger slight beige foamy head that had absolutly no retention. Active carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is sourish green apples, herbs and honey. The flavour is sourish green apples, a bunch of herbs and woody. The mouthfeel is prickly and sparkling. This light bodied Cervoise has a dry sourish finish. A Cervoise like once, without hops. An ernriching test.
