    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

750 ml bottle, best drink before 08/2015. Poured in the original Noerthmen goblet a pale amber or amber orange colored ale with half a finger white foamy head that had a short retention. A lot of sediments. Active carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is sweety grainy malts, grass, hay. The flavour is herbal grass, may be nettle as the beer name is. I do not know the taste of nettle, if it is, it is a powerful grass with a particular flavour. Other flavours, dried fruits, nuts, a touch of smoke. The mouthfeel is prickling. This light bodied ale has a long hot spicy, peppery and nettle, finish. An unusual and rare ale from the heart of Normandy.
