A vibrant, fresh ephemeral ale featuring the famous floral and citrus aromatics of Centennial Hops from Sartori Cedars Ranch in Chilliwack's Columbia Valley. Brewed and wet hopped 40 minutes after harvest at a rate of 20 lbs per barrel, this extremely limited once-a-year beer is not to be missed!
