It's a unfiltred yellow GOLD color with a little foam, a good carbonation, some red-orange sediments, it smells sweet malts and herbals hops, a little spicy in mouth and sweety, light and fresh.

330 ml capped bottle bought at the brewey. Poured in the original L'Eurélienne Seidel an unfiltered and slight hazy amber-orange coloured Blonde with a two fingers slight beige foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles and some big one. Sustained carbonation. Some lacing. A lot of floating sediments. The aroma is grainy malts, faint herbal hops and flowery notes. The flavour is grainy malts, corn, a touch of caramel, fruity, apples and herbal hops. The mouthfeel is clean and quite thick. This light to medium bodied Blonde has a dry slight bitter and malty finish. A decent Blonde Ale from a microbrewery located 7 miles away from Chartres.
