Brewed in cahoots with FOWWOW, A "wester than west coast" approach to IPA coming out of the PacNW utilizing lager yeast at ale temps. Pilsner malt, flaked corn and flaked rice set a simple grist for a crushable and crisp IPA. Bittered with Amarillo, with Amarillo, Idaho7 Hash, and Meridian combining in a low temp whirlpool addition for some background citrus and tangerine peel, then dry hopped under pressure after fermentation with Citra. A different approach to West Coast IPA that you'll see more of from us!
