Pilsner, oat malt, and flaked oats, bittered with Oregon grown Nugget, and single hopped with 2020 Oregon grown El Dorado. We used a new hop product called CryoPop from Yakima Chief, which is a blend of hops with the highest concentration of beer soluble compounds that actually make it through the rigors of the brewing process into the glass. We are the first in Alabama to brew with this product! The result is a punch of piney bitterness with a peachy nectarine mango flavor and aroma. Fresh Hopjuice!
