Probably the best beer in Honduras. It has a malty flavor with a dry finish.

Pours clear topaz with a frothy snowy head. Aroma offers sweet, zesty apple and crisp malt. Flavor provides the same, just less apple. Texture features so-so fizz and body. Worth a try.

Clear pale yellow, small lacing whie foam head. Barley aroma, cardboard aroma. Not too nice taste, vegetables there. But it’s another country tick. (Houston 201505)

Part of a mixed case special. Slightly darker than the Cerveza Barena. There was an off-putting aroma and taste to this--not really skunky but just not quite right. Definitely not something I would pick up again and now I need to figure out what to do with the other 5 bottles.

Pours a light medium gold .. decent foam on the pour .. very light lacing .. . corn, corn husk, and dead grass .. . bp down again.. . light sweetness, could use more of a bitter edge to it but its decent .. . . never leave it in the hands of the judges.

Canned (4.8%). Pale golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is grainy and rubbery with some hints of sweet malts. Not much hops in this one. Flavour is rubber, maize and grains.

I was in Honduras for a couple weeks doing volunteer work and whenever we got the chance to go out, we would drink Salva Vida and it was so good. I wish that they sold it in the US. I am trying to find a place we can order it from cause we miss it!

Ok, the dark yellow color, thick head and bubble action made this look very appealing. However, the skunky aroma wasn't so inviting. The taste was quite sour and not at all very pleasant and I doubt that I would try it again.

clear pale golden colour, fine head and a nice lace, dry hop aroma, herbal, medium to full body, oily with an aggressive and quite unpleasant dry finish

Bottle @ Summits Wayside. Yeah, I drank it solely as a novely and the novelty wore off pretty quick. Light gold lagerish color with a fluffy white head wehen poured into a Hennepin tulip glass. Taste was lightly sour, mildly yeasty and slightly malty. Not all that bad but nothing too great either.

Nothing to write home about with this one. It is bland with no imagination or mouthfeel. Don't even bother to try it.
