Prince Edward Island may be small but it is also known as the birthplace of Confederation. Brewed with local PEI honey and maritime grown hops, this brew is a lighter take on the biere de garde style.

Part of Across the Nation mixed pack. Pours a small bubbly off-white head that dissipates to a small film. Lacing is a bit weak as a result. Has a pale golden appearance. Aromas of barley malts, grains and subtle hints of honey. Flavours of toasted malts, hints of caramel and honey more toward the finish. Moderate carbonation. Average retention and somewhat of a wet mouthfeel. Not bad.
