This was brewed with Waimea, Mosaic and Strata. The result of this combination is the freshest, most crushable berry flavors. The aroma is ultra full and intoxicatingly citrusy. This beer is beautifully bright in both appearance and aroma. The initial leading scents are of berry, with an emphasis on strawberry. As the beer opens up, juicy tangerine and vanilla aromas begin to compliment the berry. The Waimea hops (which we’ve never used before) give the beer a gentle pine backbone, with no bitterness, and a tangelo and orange creamsicle blast of flavor. This banger is super soft and fluffy, with flavor clouds of slightly sweet orange juice mixed berries.
