Pale, hazy yellow with a thin, coarse head that quickly dissipates into a tiny persistent cap. Sweet aroma is yeasty and fruity like apricot and slightly musty. Sweet and mildly fruity flavor, too. Light and wet with soft carbonation. ABV seems high for something so light.

Comes out of the tap a clear straw yellow with a thin white head. Thin aroma is fruity, almost like a cider, that’s it. Well, maybe it gets better. Flavor is mostly fruity, pear plus a bit of malt and a bit of hops. Texture is on the thin side and only typically fizzy. Not their best effort, but palatable.
