Peanut Butter Jelly Time Ale Think back to simpler times - when your mom sent you off to school with a PB&J sandwich, and by noon the flavors had all melded into pure comfort food. Well, we recreated that goodness in a beer! This light brown ale is brewed from five different grains, then aged for weeks on raspberries and roasted peanuts. Take a sip, let flavors mingle on your palate, and enjoy our PB&J in a glass.

    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 7

    Taps hazy copper with a thick and fine-bubbled buff head that leaves generous lacing. Aroma presents notes of, yes, grape jelly and peanut butter, as well as fresh malt. Flavor continues the PB&J tones plus a bready note - and some hops and malt as well. A nice idea, but somehow doesn’t quite work. Body is firm and fizzy, while finish is like a bite from a classic PB&J sammich. Well, worth trying to bring back happy childhood memories.
