Sample from bottle at Copenhagen Beer Festival, as Jade Bière Blonde. I did not take note of the brewery, but thought it was Belgian - but might well be mistaken. I hope I’m rating the the right beer. Pale golden colour. This is an ordinary pilsener / pale lager with a little malts in aroma and flavour, and a slight acidity in the finish. Drinkable, but nothing special.

Pale gold with light short lived head. Lots of floaty yeast. All the flavors are subtle but I picked up citrus, some esters, little bit of spice and yeast. This was a really light and refreshing beer with a slight peppery finish.

Bottled. A bit hazy, pale yellowish golden colour, small white creamy head. Sourish sweet aroma (almost barnyardish) with some citrus in background. Biting carbonation, otherwise papery and thin palate. Fruits in flavour with hints of some hoppiness in finish. Quite interesting beer, but at the same time boring.

Pale in color with a brief and smallish head. Hoppy aroma was fine - nothing out of the ordinary. Flavor started out malty with a firm body and grew steadily hoppier as it progressed. Finish and aftertaste were strong and bitter. Expected a bit more boldness in a Biere de Garde - this one seemed a bit tame.
