This beer packs a hoppy punch! Well balanced and refreshing, this beer is based on an American IPA style but has a twist of its own making it slightly offstyle like all of our beers. If you have never tried an IPA this one is great introduction to more complex IPAs. On tap at the Arrow and Loon, Ottawa. Pint arrived with very minimal head, next to nothing really. Has a fairly cloudy golden appearance. Quite dirty lacing though. fresh citrus hop aromas and spices. Flavours are slightly sweet, with citrus and bitter hops. Some notes of mild spices, roasted malts and sort of yeasty as well. Medium retention. Nice balance between hops and malts. Really good stuff!
