Brewed with pureed pumpkin and generously spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and coriander, this beer is only brewed in October for obvious reasons! This beer makes it a perfect companion with a pumpkin pie. Aroma: Cinnamon, nutmeg with a light sweetness. Flavour: Spices, specifically cinnamon dominates the flavor with hints of nutmeg, ginger and coriander. Bitterness is low to leave space for the spices. Cinnamon forward and light sweetness on the finish. Mouthfeel: Medium body with a moderate carbonation. Availability: October only.

On tap at Arrow and Loon. Pours a fair size frothy tan head that dissipates to a thin layer. Has a deep amber appearance. Ok lacing. Aromas of mild pumpkin, light toasty malts and hints of spices. Flavours of pumpkin spice, toasted malts, nutmeg, a bit sweet. Has a little bit of sourness on the palate as well some bitterness. Lively carbonation. Average retention.

Purchased at the brewery by my mother. Pours a cloudy amber colour with a beige head and a little lacing. Beautiful spices in the aromas with cinnamon, mild nutmeg and nice pumpkin purée. The taste has the cinnamon stronger as well, of all the the spices and over the purée. Some hints of vanilla in the finish. A real purée tasting pumpkin beer. Quite impressed by this one and hope to have it every year.
