This NW style sour is a re-creation of a historic German wheat beer style that was nearly lost to time. This light, slightly soured beer is spiced w/ coriander & sea salt. Aromas of spice & soft wheat are the first to be noticed in the nose. A tart spice bite & hint of lemon dance on the palate. It finishes off with a soft lingering sour spice bite and just a slight dusty lemon note.

I actually had this at OBF half a dozen times but then forget about it until last week when I had it at the Raccoon Lodge. Great brew. Cloudy golden, big head. Nose is a blast of fruit. Taste is pucker up sourness, finishes light and spritzy
