I was lucky enough to try this at the Barrel House. The best sour ales I've had outside of Belgium. The Sang Noir and Sang Rouge beers were two of the best I had from here, and two of the best beers I've had in years. Very dark black color with some off white foam. Dark fruit, plum and cheese aroma. Medium body. Great sour and slightly cheesy flavor with complex dark fruits like fig and plum. I could drink this beer every day. Wow
