This seasonal IPA is a nod to the dog days of summer and the impending cooler season that is quickly approaching. It features a hop lineup of Columbus and Centennial, finishing with Cascade. Aromas of dark toasted malts, caramel, and dark citrus are noticed first. Citrus, pine and biscuit notes mingle on the palate and lead to a drying finish of resinous hops.
