This is a NW style with British ingredients. English floor malted grains lead this beer off while Fuggles, Goldings and Centennial hops balance it out. The light spicy hop aroma gives way to caramel biscuit notes sip after sip. Sit back and enjoy and watch the lacey head cascade down the glass. This is a limited batch.

I tried this at the Raccoon Lodge Brewpub. Very good head and lacing. Plenty of spicy hop flavor, but only mildly bitter thanks to the nice malt. Not too strong. Medium body. Not bad, not great.
