Carrabassett Honey Brown Ale is a smooth, deep copper brown color. We brew this beer with additions of natural clover honey to give a beer that is remarkably light in body and presents a nice light sweetness and honey taste that is not at all overpowering or cloying. This Ale is subtly hopped to yield low bitterness and mild hop flavor.
