Our IPA is more heavily hopped and higher in alcohol than our Pale Ale. It is brewed with pale, caramel and cara-pils malts and finished with lots of Cascade and Crystal hops for a strong, citrus/piney flavor and aroma.

Pours a dark, coppery amber, almost mahogany, that is crystal clear and has a fairly thick, fluffy and somewhat persistent off-white head. Aroma is hoppy and fruity, not strong but still appetizing. Hoppy flavor has subtle woody and fruity notes and minimal bitterness. Texture is smooth, firm-bodied and fairly fizzy. Not spectacular, but still enjoyable.

This IPA pours a deep orange gold color from a 12oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is caramel malts and grapefruity hops. A medium bodied IPA. The malts are caramel with a touch of toasted malt. The hops are citrusy and grapefruity. A nicely balanced IPA with a good combination of malts and hops. Good carbonation. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
