Brewed in the traditional British style, our IPA is a copper-coloured ale that is at once hoppy and malty. Not a "West Coast" IPA, this brew is balanced between hops and malt, and pairs well with food or as a stand alone ale.

I was really suprised by this brew. Picked it up at Beermongers not long ago it was stellar. Pours a slightly cloudy copper colour. Nose is grapefruit and lemon zest big time. Taste is piney as shit, chewy, astringent and full on big-ass hops. Definitely a bit of sediment at the bottom of this bottle.
