After 10 years of brewing, the one thing we have learned is people want flavor – and they want it big. This big ABV IPA is loaded with hop flavor and aroma. Unfiltered, unspoiled, and unbelievably delicious. Get it while it lasts! Hops: Simcoe, Amarillo & Mosaic Dry-Hopped: Simcoe & Amarillo Malts: Pilsner, Wheat Malt & Flaked Oats

Pours hazy topaz with a thick parchment head. Aroma presents yeast, resiny and funky hops, zesty citrus. Flavor yields piney but mainly resiny hops that offer a little bitterness on the back end, fresh malt with a little funk, zesty and tart grapefruit, a sweet tropical hint. Texture features firm body and lively fizz. This will help you see - or not, depending on how much you down.
