A good specimen of the dry stout. Nearly solid black with hints of deep red and really creamy head and excellent lacing. Coffee and chocolate undertones are flavorful and produced an excellent drinking experience.

A nice dry stout, poured a dark brown-black color with mahoganey edges and a nice creamy tan head that laced great. This was a "new" beer and was a good substitute that night for their porter, which was gone. The aroma was of burnt coffee. The flavor was the same with a touch of chocolate and a mildly bitter and dry finish. Not bad.
