This is an IPA made with Pilsner malt, Amber malt and a dash of rye malt. The amber malt gives it a nice nutty flavour and a slight toastiness. The rye adds a bit of a peppery taste. On top of this it´s hopped with Amarillo and Simcoe.…

On tap at Grünerløkka mat- og mikrobryggfestival. Clear deep golden to amber, with a lasting off-white head. Hoppy and fruity aroma with tropical fruits, malt, citrus and hints of pine. Some bready and lightly roasty notes too. Medium+ body with fairly average carbonation. Medium sweet with a decent bitterness. A bit different, but tasty and flavourful. Nice one!
