    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 7

500 ml swing-top bottle. Poured in an English tulip pint glass an unfiltered dark brown-red, close to black, coloured Stout with a two fingers tan creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is mild caramel malts, dark chocolate, a touch of smoke and peat. The flavour is roasted malts, notes of coffee and chocolate before aroma hops emerged with the end of the sip. The mouthfeel is fizzy, prickly, sourish tones and quite watery. This light bodied Stout has a long roasted malts finish. A nice try from a young Bavarian brewery on the road to the Stout's style. With more stuff certainly a still better Ale.
