On tap @ Knoxville BrewFest - and I finally get to meet the Sergio Bros of Calfkiller - great guys. Light hazy straw golden yellow pour, tight short head, some lacing. Light yeasty and wet wheat aroma, spicy a bit, some lemongrass and zest, light earthy hops. Taste is very pleasing although light, wheaty but not, grassy somewhat, a touch of sweet, a bit of hops, still, light and yet very flavorful. Can't pigeonhole this beer for certain but it damn refreshing on a hot day.
