This classic wheat ale is brewed with 3 different hop varieties. While the grain bill is a typical 2 row and wheat malt split. We added orange and coriander in the boil to compliment the hop selection; giving this beer high points for its creamy mouth feel and drinkability. Feel free to add an orange slice….. Or not. 2015 Stats ABV: 5.3

Sampled at the Arrow & Loon, June 2017. Pours a cloudy caramel-beige colour with an off-white head that is small with a little creamy lacing. Butterscotch aromas with hints of fruitiness, like oranges. Refreshing mouthfeel. Wheat and fruity citrus flavours with the hints of caramel which is better and truer than the taste. Not the best for the style, but drinkable and refreshing overall.

On tap at Arrow and Loon. Pours very little head and has a cloudy orangey appearance. Lacing is ok. Aromas of wheats, caramel and sweet malts. Flavours are quite malty, sweet, bready and caramel notes. Smooth wheaty notes appear much more in the finish. Slick and oily mouthfeel. Lively carbonation. Decent.
