Well, we have lime. We’ve used lime zest, freshly-squeezed lime juice, crushed kaffir lime leaves and sun-dried Middle Eastern loomi limes. The citrus melange has been blended with an unfathomable number of Alberta-grown cucumbers to give an earthy and aromatic undertone.
