Light gold color. Medium white head. Aroma is fruity, grainy and sweet. A light bodied golden ale. Malts are mild, fruity and sweet. Hops are very mild and may be slightly bitter. This beer is weak and watery even for a golden ale. It’s light and refreshing, and better than Coors. There is really nothing objectionable with this beer, except it almost total lack of flavor. It’s just so mild there is almost no there, there. Mouthfeel is thin. Finish is clean. Aftertaste is very slightly bitter.

I liked this brew. It poured a light golden color with a smallish head and som bubbles in the glass. The aroma wasn't all that noticable. The taste was smooth....nothing really special but enjoyable just the same.

I just had Buzzard's Bay Lager again the other day and this seems to taste just like it. Bright, clear golden color. Sweet, grainy taste but not all that flavorful. Not a bad beer and it goes down fine but there's just not much to it.

If Buzzard's Bay should kill one of their beers, this is the one. Make way for one of those great lagers they've had listed on their site as "coming soon" for the past couple months. Pours a bright golden color, with 2 fingers of head, and plenty of carbonation. Aroma is faintly sweet, with corn husk like scents. Mouthfeel is gritty, and unpleasant. Flavor is sweet in a corn husk kind of way. Really just a poor brew. Finishable, but not enjoyable.

This is a good beer. Good bbq beer. Drink it while you eat ribs and corn bread. Big on flavor . More on the malt side than the hop side. But hops are there. Good coloring

Bright gold color with a generous white head and sheet lace. Light nose that hints of malts, and some hop undertones. Start malt, middle watery, weak, finish actually has a fair hop bite, but is basically a watery mess suited for the "Palate Challenge Yuppies", looking to be "Cool"!
