An India Pale Ale or Extra Special Bitter. A big ESB, well balanced with lots of malt sweetness and hop aftertaste. Dark amber.

Served on tap with lunch at the brewpub, presented in Bushwakker pint glass. A clear amber-orange color, with a small white head. Foam shrinks away to a thin covering, no lacing left on the glass. Nice aroma of bitter hops and bready malt. The bitterness is in the flavor, but not overdone, very well balanced with malty sweetness - A very nice blend. Full body with bite that cleanse the palate, and leave floral hop aftertaste.
