Dark as midnight, low carb -perfect sweetness stout that is balanced and with a little bit of Kentucky perfection it teases your tongue with a shirt knotted above the belly button - YUM

"Holy Hell... My friend Scott described this beer by saying 'it is like a personal concert with Willie Nelson'. After I tried it, my response was that 'it was like a personal lap dance from Willie Nelson'. Yes, we had been drinking. No carbonation, black as midnight with a beautiful ruby ring around the top of the glass. Beautiful bourbon beer. Wish it was at least a little carbonated, but it's sooo, soo, smooth... It's Barry White in a glass. Speaking of which, mine is now empty, and I'm at a loss for words."

I stake the disclaimer that the companions drinking with me really liked this beer...however, my interpretation: No carbonation, smooth beer, seems to have a bit of cloudy residue floating about. As I drink it I can feel the cloudyness on my teeth. Alcohol smell is quite strong and prevalent in the taste. Vanilla, well done brown toast, old old old cherries, come really dark chocolate all compose the flavour profile, but it seems a bit watered down. Really smooth drinking, yet the prevalent alcohol isn't getting along with me, and I usually love big ABV beers that are noticeable. It is more than the sum of the numbers in how smooth it is, yet when I look at each category individually I have trouble giving higher numbers.
