Pours opaque banana with a thin ivory head. Aroma gives tart and sour pomme, fresh malt and resiny hops with a little funk. Flavor yields funky and piney hops, tart grapefruit and orange with a bit of apple, fresh malt. Texture provides good body and lively fizz. Who needs reality?
