The cruel scepter of judgement lands with thunder against the mantle of serenity, shaking everything in its path. But we are not ones to acquiesce, for we have long carried this burden. This 100% barley IPA is hopped exclusively in the kettle with Centennial with a touch more weight than normal and then double dry hopped with huge amounts of Strata, a bolstering of more Centennial and a dusting of Citra Cryo. Taps clear topaz with a nice parchment head. Aroma gives hoppy, malty and subtle citrus tones. Flavor yields piney hops, zesty and tart citrus, creamy malt. Texture contributes decent body and peppy fizz. The wise seek craft beer to drink.
