The residence of all the ideas left behind to die. Where what you know, is anything but. For our next experimental hoppy ale, we turn to the man behind the curtain, our head brewer Jeff McGuire. The task was to deliver a rich and creamy IPA without a hefty dose of residual sugar. A newer take on our oat and lactose base, intended to reduce sweetness while increasing perceptive qualities of sweetness. Double dry-hopped with 2020 hand selected Mosaic and Strata and finished with Simcoe Cryo. Immensely drinkable, loaded with mixed berry slush, pineapple orange cocktail, and tropical skittles.

Taps opaque apricot with a decent ivory head. Aroma offers dank, piney hops plus juicy grapefruit and crisp malt. Flavor presents piney hops, funk, juicy and tangy grapefruit, raw malt. Texture yields firm body, lively fizz, and more juice and hops on the back end. Don't shun this one!
