Made with Pilsner and wheat and fermented with clean German ale yeast and enzyme to produce a bone-dry beer with slight earphones characteristics, this beer was conditioned to remove yeast before being dry- hopped with heavy doses of Ekuanot, Vic's Secret and Wakatu and touches of Crystal, Cascade and Calypso, before being carbonated to elevated levels to express more of the crushed citrus and floral qualities of this grog.
