Cask; Special. Dry style stout, without being overly roasted in flavour. It has been brewed with hops from the USA to give a fruity hop flavour/bitterness. It is almost black in colour. Brewed specifically for the Cambridge Beer Festival (May 2005), but available elsewhere. (The owner of Buntingford Brewery, Mr. Banfield, is having his beers contract brewed at Belvoir untill the Buntingford Brewery is back in business on new premises.)

Cask conditioned at the 32nd Cambridge Beer Festival, gravity dispense. Black colour. LOVELY aroma of dark fruits with roasty notes. Flavour is roasty sweet and malty (too sweet?), some coffee and dark fruits notes.
