Typical Irish style, it is black and thick from a great amount of toasted malta, likewise it uses generous amounts of hops to balance the body and the alcohol. Also nitrogen is used so that it is creamier.

Sampler tray at Buller's Recoleta brewpub. Pour of very dark brown under a beige head. Aroma featured lots of coffee and roasted chocolate malts. Flavour was quite okay, again with the coffee and chocolate. Better than average mouthfeel. Chocolate sweetness at the finish. Nice effort.
