Exciting aromas- like a citrus-filled fruit basket. It's a beer with attitude. The foundation of this beer is very malty, marrying nicely with the bold hop notes that emerge on the palate and ultimately dominate it's lingering finish. A beer not soon forgotten.

A quirky name. Tried it as a bit of a challange. Was'nt disappointed one bit. The pour is a slightly hazy hue of orange. A somewhat fluffy head that did not last very long, showed good lacing on the glass though. Aroma of caramel, pine, nice cirtus notes (orangepeel perhaps). Overall a decent, well made, tasty beer . The best of the 4 we sampled that night. More on the other 3 later.

Sampled on draft at Falling Rock, Denver, 08/07. Pours dark copper with adequate head and remarkable lacing. Caramel & ripe, dark fruit dominates the aroma. Faint hop presence. Quite malty: toasted bread/caramel. More dark fruits present in the flavor. Balanced. Medium-full body and lightly carbonated.
