We’ve brewed our mid-strength to have as much flavour as possible. Mostly using the much prized Maris Otter and Light Munich malts for extra body with wheat malt for a creamy head that laces the glass. Our very generous use of Saaz, Cascade and Galaxy hops gives herbal and tropical fruit flavours/aromas but with enough bitterness to be comparable to an IPA.
