He got up in the morning and left to pick mushrooms. Satisfied with the results, he took a nap. Then he had a dream about a top-fermenting beer brewed withrolled oats and dried, dark brown penny buns (porcini). Inspired, he set off boldly towards the brewery. In the flavour you will detect notes of cookies, nuts, bread and chocolate. The audacious additive in the form of penny buns is surprising and brings forest notes to the beer's profile.
