The imperial variety of the India Pale Ale was created to increase the beer experience and was soon appreciated by hops enthusiasts. Komes Imperial IPA is also lavishly hopped with a combination of American aromatic varieties coupled with Oktawia, new wave Polish hops. The beer has a bright golden colour and is turbid as a result of dry-hopping and adding rolled oats. The aroma includes a note of mango, white fruits and citruses. As for the flavour, a distinct bitter note contrasts with the beer's well-balanced malt profile. The rolled oats add to the beer's smoothness while the alcohol warms up pleasantly.
