Shilly Shally (shi-iē-sha-iē) adverb: in an irresolute, undecided, or hesitating manner Coinciding with our annual Resolute release, Shilly Shally is an ever changing DIPA. Irresolute in its recipe and hop usage, this Double India Pale Ale IS decidedly delicious. Whereas Resolute is dark, purposeful, and unwavering, Shilly Shally is light, wanton, and constantly evolving. While unpredictable, you can still count on some things from this beer. A lighter bodied and less complicated malt bill that truly lets the hops shine, an assertive but not overpowering bitterness, and a tantalizing hop aroma. While playful at heart, Shilly Shally is meticulously crafted to be worthy of sharing Resolute’s stage.
