Broadhead's Long Shot White is a fresh, fruit-flavoured wheat ale that's brewed to be hazy and brazen. A spirited, sweet and slightly spicy beer that perfectly mingles coriander with orange overtones, Broadhead's Long Shot is a real flavourful favourite. Long Shot White Style: Wheat Ale Alcohol (ABV): 5.0% Bitterness (IBU): 13.5 Color (SRM): 5.3

Enjoyed at Craft Beer Market. Pours a hazy light golden colour with a white cap that stays on top. Fruity wheat taste with the grainy aftertaste. Floral hints. Wheat smell as well with fruity notes. Refreshing wheat beer, but not sure a white one.

An American style wheat beer that at one time was supposed to be a witbier, but somebody messed up. It pours a very hazed piss-yellow colour with a weak snow white head that does last a fair bit. The aroma is tropical fruit, grains, light spice, and floral hops. Nothing in the aroma says ‘wheat or wit’ to me. The flavour is very grainy with subtle tropical fruit flavours. A huge miss in my opinion.

Enjoyed a sample at the Ottawa Brewery Market July 7th/'13. Has an average size foamy head that doesn't stay long. Aromas are mild malts, citrus hops and some wheaty scents. Flavours are mostly citrus hops with stronger notes of oranges as well as mild bananas and tropical fruits. Also some hints of nutmeg. Slight bitterness in the finish. Quite enjoyable. Would try again, either full pint or a growler from the brewery.
