Cette bière de blé noir a été spécialement conçue pour s'associer harmonieusement avec les galettes de sarazin ; ses arômes doucement torréfiés, sans acidité, permettent d'envisager la dégustation des galettes sous un angle moins sucré que le cidre.

an amber beer with a nice foam disorder. also with the smell of the buckwheat grain, has a slight taste (not as strong as its smell) in a beautiful grain.elle carbonization and leaves a slight bitterness.

300 ml bottle, Cuvée Crêperie. Poured a hazy ruby-brown colored ale with a two fingers beige creamy foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. A lot of sediments. Active carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is toasted malts , yeast, spicy, licorice. The flavour is bready malts, corn, grain, yeast, notes of caramel, berries and nuts. The mouthfeel is creamy, fizzy and quite watery. This medium bodied ale has a dry malty finish. Drinkable ? Yes. Refreshing ? Yes. But it lacks of stuff.

Bottled. Amber colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is earth, some malts and spicesa long with herbs. Flavour is very much the same with some bitter fruity notes in the aftertaste.

brewed using buckwheat - dark reddish-brown colour, fine dense head, blackcurrant and plumy aroma, malty, light smokey, smooth and light-bodied, sweeties-like finish - there is unfortunately not much to carry its wonderful aroma
