This season’s brew dates back to the late 18th Century when the British troops in India needed their daily rations of ale. Transporting by ship without refrigeration would ruin any beer unless it could be stabilized. Antiseptic qualities found in hops came to the rescue. IPA is a hop lovers delight with distinct bitterness, hop flavour and aroma achieved through generous use of American grown hops.
