Bookmark and Share Trebuchet Belgian Double IPA Somewhere there is a Belgian Monk who's head is spinning. A Belgian brewer would never put this much hop into a beer. However, we're not Belgian, are we? We can do whatever we please and make unconventional beer. Belgian candy sugar, classic Belgian yeast, and a boat load of hops, plus some dry hopping on top of that. A very unique take on a Double IPA that will make it stand out in a crowd. Limited availability in 16 oz cans and draft.

Mango, peach, rock candy and evergreen all very bold and juicy. Dark copper body, thick creamy head and heavy lacing. Malty and hoppy, thick full bodied IIPA. Nutty, grassy malt to counter the floral, fruity hops. Light Belgian yeastiness intertwined.
